2 cups almond milk
1 cup oats
2 tbs sunbutter
teeeeny pinch salt (optional)
1-2 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs honey (optional)
2 super ripe bananas (perfect if they have black spots–so much the sweeter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs cocao powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbs shredded coconut

Directions:

Get two mason jars ready, and make this easy, no-fuss breakfast before you go to bed. It’s easiest to start by smashing the banana in a bowl with a fork. Add the oats and sunbutter; mix well. Add the milk, honey, and vanilla. Stir in the almond milk, chia seeds, cocao powder, and chopped walnuts. Top with shredded coconut. Leave in the fridge overnight–it’ll be ready to eat in the morning!
